Diversified Laboratory Repair, Inc. Privacy Policy

The Company’s Privacy Policy has been compiled to better serve you and those who are concerned with how their “Personally Identifiable Information” (“PII”) is used online. PII, as used in U.S. privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or in conjunction with other information to identify, contact, or locate an individual, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to gain a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your PII.

What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website?  When using our Website, as appropriate, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and other details such as information regarding your equipment, or a resume and cover letter if applying for an open position through our Website.

When do we collect information?

We collect information from you when you submit a “Service Request Form”, “Contact Us Form”, and “Employment Application Form”.

How do we use your information?

We use the information you provide to contact you and respond to your service request(s), questions, or to initially evaluate your suitability for employment with the Company. For example, the information submitted via the Service Request form may be used to generate a services price quote that we send to the User. Note that information submitted is typically received and reviewed by the site manager and/or subordinate employees who may directly contact the User. The User’s original form is then immediately deleted and no personal information is retained by the Company, unless the User requests a services price quote, or applies for employment with the Company, in which case your personal information will be retained by the Company solely for the purpose of contacting you regarding your inquiries and/or your employment application. Our sole aim with respect to our limited collection of personal information is to better respond to User inquiries. We do not sell or trade your personally identifiable information to outside parties. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and we collect your email address only for the reasons provided above.

How do we protect visitor information?

We will use reasonable efforts to protect the information you provide, but cannot guarantee the absolute safety of your information during transmission or while in our custody from hackers or other intrusions. Please review our warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability section above.

Cookies are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use cookies to better understand and save User’s preferences for future visits. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your web browser settings. Each browser is different, so look at your browser’s “Help” menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies settings. If you disable cookies, some features of the Website may be disabled; however, you will still be able to submit Service Request Forms.
